ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS

Each year, the Association holds an Annual General Meeting in addition to any special meetings that may or may not be held in that year. This is a formal part of the Association’s compliance processes and ensures that its annual performance and financial statements are robust and compliant to retain its status as a Charitable Trust.

The AGM agenda addresses the following:

1. Considers and approves a report from the Board on the activities of the Association since the last Annual General Meeting of the Association and any proposed strategic activities of the Association; and

2. Approves the Annual Performance Report, including its Financial Statements for the previous Financial Year.
